Making your own Creatine delivery system...

yo guys I was just wondering how you guys (for those of you that do) made your own celltech or other creatine delivery systems. do you guys just make a huge batch or do it shake by shake (ie PWO). Also, could yall give me like a sample recipe for like one shake....

I think cell tech just combines 75 grams dextrose with the creatine and flavors it orange

My postWO shake is 40 gr prot + 40 gr dextrose + 5 gr creatine + 500 mg VitC.
1 scope of CellTech is ~37gr Dextrose + 5gr Creatine + marketing acid + big plastic tube.
Probably you know this already, but here it goes anyway, powdered creatine is unstable, so mix it with water just before drinking.
I think that 5 gr of creatine is enough and the amount of glucose is up to you.

yo thanks bro...how does that end up tasting and does it mix well? also, do you take ALA on the side as well or no (seeing how celltech includes that)...

Taste good to me, you are just adding sugar and a tasteless powder to a shake.
Some time I separate the creatine from the shake, I use little apple or raspberries juice (to give some personality to the water), glucose and creatine.
I let someone else to tell you about the ALA, wanna hear about that too.
I guess that is up to you peaking your insulin level with glucose or ALA, don't know really.
