to make a shake taste good i have found first thing is to mix it with a power mixer not a blender the blender puts to much air in it and gives you that bloating feeling i use a braun drink mixer then the next thing i always do is i make them thick as possible this adds body and then i put them in a fridge thats is the best even if you make them with cold indgriedients it still needs to go in the fridge for added flavor i add some chocho syrup
or some carnation breakfast but you find if you chill it you dont need all that

yeah, that's too much trouble.
I drink about 6-7 protien shakes a day. If I did that I would be making shakes all day.
I use Isopure, add water, stir, and just wolf them down.
Fast and to the point.

Shit I just dump everything in it, shake it, gulp it down in one shot and get on with my day. :p

Me too bro, I dont want a long drawn out process. Just gulp em down and c-ya.

Adding 1ml Arimidex and 1ml Winstrol does not exactly make gastronomical perfume out of it but it sure saves you some secs of waste

Gotta agree with just wolfing it down @ 4-6 shakes a day. But for breakfast I feel like I always need some kind of solid, so I dump in some cheerios on low speed to just crush them so I can get some solids too.
