Madcow and 5x5er's

eat big

First off let me say the 5x5 has worked great. I've tweaked it some to fit me better and I've been able to break plateaus untill recently. I'm still doing great on every bodypart except for chest where I have not been able to improve.

Here's my current workout that I do once a week:

*Incline/Flat barbell 5x5
Flat/ Incline DB 5x12
Decline Bench 3x8
Inc DB Flye 3x12
Flat Flye 3x12

* Alternate Flat and Incline as first in workout every month, do the opposite right after.

It may seem like a lot. But at first I didn't do that much and it didn't work. Then I stepped it up and it worked great. I do require high volume to grow for sure.

K to those who help.

ever think of cutting it in half and hitting chest twice a week?

I actually did that at the beginning of the summer. I would hit Chest/Shoulders and then Shoulders/Chest later on in the week. Worked out OK.

My question, as well.
On your incline/flat db - try dropping from 12 reps to 5 or 6 and upping the weights. I'd nix the decline and the flat flye, as well.
