I'm current aiming for a macronutrients ratio of 40:40:20. Now the question is does this ratio need to be adhered to for every meal or can it be balanced out do that by the end of the day you have consumed 40% carbs , 40% protein and 20% fats?
I go for end of the day..but I know plenty of people that try to keep it balanced by meal which I just happen to find impossible
