Macro? P/C/F

I am planning on doing a bulking cycle in the near future. I'm 28, 6'2 230lbs (not sure exactly on my body fat, but could lose a little - guessing around 18%). Please keep in mind that I realize that a bulking diet will add fat, but since I already have a little extra on my midsection I would like to keep from getting too bloated. I will be on this diet for about 6 months (16 week cycle of equipoise and test), and I also realize that it may have to be tweaked as I gain muscle.

I'm planning to do a very strict clean diet, and have begun to tinker with designing one - which I will post upon completion for your review. I am planning on having about 4500 calories per day and about 1.5-1.8g g of protein per pound (about 350 - 415 grams of protein). My question is what should my diet consist of besides that protein. The protein will equate to somewhere in the neighborhood of 1400 - 1650 of my calories. This means fat and Carbs will make up the shortfall of 2850 - 3100 calories. I figure that out of my carbs I will shoot for 85% to be complex and 15% simple (mainly fruit). For fats I plan on using fish oil, flax seed, nuts, dairy, eggs and olive oil (plus fats from lean meats).

I guess what I'm asking is what my Macros should be, as discussed above my current plan will have 35% of my diet as protein. Should I do a P35%/C45%/F20%... or is there a better Macro?? More or less of anything?

Thanks guys.
