If you can afford it, cool. If I could, I might. If not (as in my case), and you want a good pump and five full pounds... eat some carbs and drink some water. Seriously, carbing up once in a while or doing a short burst of high calorie eating will give you decent results... food: not exotic or surrounded in mystery or necessarily hyped or overpriced... but necessary for muscle gains all the same. I don't know why I'm posting this. I'm bored I guess, but think about it. Most people are going to get better results tweaking the diet!- which has been shown to raise igf-1 by the way..
