How soon is the test? Assuming its a little ways off, just get on a heavy cycle and come off 3 weeks before the test.

i came off prop almost 3 weeks ago. they tested my blood last tuesday the 11th and said it was low, i don't know the exact reading, they didn't send me all the results from my bloodwork. so they want me to give blood again. im wondering if avoiding fats the day of and anything else i can do will help make sure it pops low. i want to do the hrt

well they say your body makes 5-7 a day, so if your taking 250 a week, that's 201 more than your body makes. well, taking into consideration the ester, it might only be 150 more, but that's alot more. i will add some of my own possibly here and there :)

SSRI's such as Paxil will increase Prolactin, which in turn will result in lowered testosterone.

Strictly FYI. I am not advising that you take an SSRI at all.

Why are you trying to fuck up your labs? If you truely need HRT thats one thing. If your just trying to get free gear through your ins your wasting your time. HRT is for life and it's a decision you need to be serious about and know all long term issues you may face. What are your goals with all this?

well, i believe i do have natural low levels. before i ever cycled that is. my cock would never get fully hard anymore, i couldn't last sexually with the wife, little to no energy. i had gyno as a kid and puffed up with fat all the way until i was 18. then it all dropped for some reason, i wasn't doing anything different except some drugs. as soon as i tried test, my cock works again great, i can last until im ready to cum, dick gets as big as it should. got more energy, more relaxed and into the wife and kids. when im off im a grumpy, ready to fight, pissed off mother fucker. that's how i've been my whole life. test makes me normal somehow. so i believe i have low and i am just wanting to make sure it shows low enough to for the doc to do something about and i don't care if im on it for life. i might go on it for life myself if he doesn't do it cause i know what i feel.

If ya felt that way before AAS you are likely low. What area are you in, I have a few docs I can PM ya....

There are a million flunky MD’s out there, don’t sweat the test, just go to the HRT clinic that meets your needs,

Tell them what you want, if they disagree, go somewhere else.

I don’t understand why you would not just buy the growth and test and do it yourself?

i don't want growth for one. and i just want to be watched while i do it to see what's going on. eventually i might take over myself again, or like i say, add a little to the pot :P :p

Here are my personal results with this as I too was in the same situation you are. I went to an HRT clinic they provided me with 200 mg/wk Test E + 200 mg/week Deca. I am no longer seeing the HRT clinic but tried going to see a local doctor. All the local doctors that I saw were extremely conservative and I felt a little or no experience treating my condition. All the doctors that I saw were urologists, endo's, internists, etc. I wanted to stay on the original dosage as I felt the dosages were about right to what I wanted. Medically, I can get prescribed AAS as I have andropause (37 yrs old) but like I said, most local doc's will prescribe some ridiculously low amounts. So this is what I did.

1. You need to research the half-life of the various drugs you are taking. For example, I found that DECA will clear my simple in about 4 weeks; still detectable for several months but significantly increase my test results. Test E takes anywhere between 10-12 days. My local doctor wants to see me every 3-4 months and do blood tests so I time the cycles to make sure that I am clear of these drugs during the tests.
2. Make sure that your doc does all the tests he/she needs to do because if you need to go back and you are already back on the AAS, you won't have enough time to clear it or it will screw your cycle (going on/off). Have labs done on everything from PSA, CBC, Testosterone (free/total), IGF-1, etc.

If you want to take more extensive approaches, you can do the following as well:

1. Little or no sleep a few days before the test.
2. Work out like a mad man for several days before the test.
3. Some AAS naturally will shut your system down like D-bol, DEca, etc. so if you are coming off them, this might help you.

To make a long story short, I am seeing two doctors for all my medical conditions. I have an endo for my diabetes and a internist for all my other hormonal needs. The internists is very liberal and seems to listen to me.

what in the world do they claim the deca is for? just curious. man that seems extensive, we'll see what he says and what he's gonna do? if it's not at least 200mg per week im gonna have to tell him something, cause any less than that i can't even see an increase in libido. anyone know if there is hrt clinics in the chicago area.
