I am currently using sweet n low, as a sugar substitute. I used to use spleda, but heard bad things about it. I have tried stevia , not sweet, and weird taste.

Is sweet n low the best sugar substitute , or is their a better alternative?

Everyone's tastes are going to be different. I don't find any of the artificial sweeteners to be off-putting.

you can use raw honey. anything natural is always going to be far superior than artificial garbage. aim to live a natural lifestyle and you will always be healthier than others

stevia is a great option but check the brand and ingredients. a lot of times they put in fillers which defeats the purpose. you have to get pure natural stevia and that will cost more $$$
