anytime you are outside the normal levels of any hormone test (too high or too low) it can have bad long term consequences. there are some exceptions of course.
for example yeah i understand high testosterone is a 'good thing' to a juicehead.. however over the long term having high T that is above normal ranges will cause organ damage, especially to the heart.
low SHBG that is achieved through natural supplements is one thing, but when you achieve it through AAS abuse or have low SHBG being on nothing that is a signal that something is wrong. obesity, dyslipidemia, metabolic syndrome, insulin resistance, and type 2 diabetes. I am working with a client right now who has this issue who abused AAS for several years.
