low carb shake...?

does anyone on a low carb diet drink the EAS ready to drink low carb shakes...?

the fudge has 4 grams of carbs and three of them are fiber...
20 grams of protein!

any thoughts on this drink...?

i love 'em - good for a quick snack, not quite enough protein for a real meal...if added to a low carb bar, makes about 50 gms protein

I think they're great. The vanilla ones have even fewer carbs if I remember. Only thing is they're a little pricy.
