Hey everyone!! This is my first post but I just wanted some advice maybe from people. Since Sunday I started a cut phase, and I have been eating little to no carbs.
Basically Eggs, Chicken, tuna, Steak. I take my multivitamins/multiminerals, but have not been eating fruits or vegetables. Anyone have advice for that, as I kind of wonder about not taking any fruits or vegetables, or am I missing other suppliments.
And thanks for any advice, I am glad to be part of these discussions.

add cucumbers and green peppers, feta cheese and eggs, mix, maybe olive oil and vinegar - godsend!!!
pro+fats+fiber+tons of nature's own anti-oxidants :p

Just my $.02

If you're cutting, then I would suggest droping the fruit. It contains fructose which has a high tendency of being stored as fat. Eat green vegetables, like the ones every body has suggested.

What are your goals?

K cool... thats good.

My Goals... Well firt of all im not a big guy.. I just fished a good month of bulking, and descided to cut a bit... But its almost scary as I have a metabolism. Im about 5'8 at around 150lbs. So basically I want mass, but going about it by stages I guess.. I month bulk, a month cut, but the way things are looking right now, I dont think I will stay a whole month on cutting.
