low carb/ 40/30/30 cutting diet

. alright bros, here's my problem...
no matter what kind of diet i'm on and no matter how much cardio i do i can't seem to get below 10% bf. I can get my abs to show, but i can't ever get "ripped". Now i'm doing my cutting cycle of sust/eq and am wondering if i should go with the low carb diet or go for the 40/30/30 diet. My goal is to stay around the same weight and drop to 7-8%bf
Current stats:
20 years old, 6'4", 245lb, 10%bf
Cycle is 600mg sust/500mg eq
Any advice/critques/comments would be greatly appreciated

as we all know diet is the most important part of bb
your not suggesting that one can eat anything while on a cutting cycle...
i'm just trying to shed those last few pounds while maintaing my lean muscle mass
right now my diet consists of
400g protein: 1600calories
80g fat: 720calories
150g carbs: 600calories
Cardio 4-5 times per week/ 30min
I know that i am in a calorie deficit and the test will preserve my muscle mass, so in theory i should by loosing all fat? right?

Diet is the most important thing, but if you are already on gear, unless you cut carbs to 20g per day, there's not much else you can try
 
When do you do cardio?
I do mine in the morning before i eat and i added 15min's from 30 to 45 min's and going to an hour this week. Losing fat like crazy:D
 
i do cardio after i am done lifting
its the same effect as first thing in the morning on an empty stomach becaue either way your glycogen supplies are depleted
 
go w/ the 40/30/30...it will get you where you want to be judging by your post...you will look full at all times and will get shredded especially while "on"...got great results w/ this diet and have been on it for a while(at least a year)...you will not be dissapointed and it will give you balance.on a low carb,it will be hard to stick to,especially on EQ...I.E.:HUNGER ATTACKS...fyi:fro:

I have done EQ and would have to aggree 100%, the hunger doesn't attack everyone but if it hits you the 40/30/30 would be the best option. When i am on EQ i am hungry every hour. So try to make you meals spaced out so you stay mildly full throughout the day. As long as you stay at a calorie deficit and do cardio you will lose BF and increase LBM, becuase you are on Juice..:D ! Just remember that you will probably retain water which will make you look bloated. Get some Liquidex to take care of water and Gyno sympthoms you should be good to go.
