approaching the end of the second week of 8 week fina cutter..
starting wt 264
bf 15%
calories = current bw x 10
50 25 25 - p c f
75 mg ed homebrew
zinc
cranberry extract
stinging nettle
multi vitamins
tribulus
saw palmetto
milk thistle

now that the basic info is out of the way - holy COW... My calories are way cut back and I am up 14 pounds... I have been doing cardio in the am 3-4 days a week and working out Monday - Saturday... Sunday I play football.... I am amazed that I put on this size (not a lot of water).. my face looks leaner, my back and traps have blown up considerably...

q1) what do you guys do to fight the pumps in the lower back????
q2) have you noticed that morning weight workouts are less painful from a pump standpoint???

When you say "pumps" in the lower back do you mean pain? My lower back would kill me whenever I went for a run while on Fina...and I was overall mych less flexible.

that "pump is prbably your kidneys in pain brotha..........but yes fina is the shit. keep a close eye on your piss and make sure it never turns a brownish color, fina can be very harsh on your kidneys. i did 150 mgs eod alone for 8 weeks and never had a prob tho. everyone is different tho. be safe and goodluck...........................................pimp DaddyX

I find that impossible to believe unless you've been running 40mg's ed of D-bol with it. You gained 14lbs off Fina by itself in 2 weeks?????:confused:

Well, cortisol levels are naturally higher in the morning (after sleep) so this might be why you're experiencing less pain.

Hard on the kidneys - agreed. I get bad lower back pumps on fina, and it feels like its kidney's, but its not. Mine gets better through the cycle as I'm leaning out....

No.

I have used 300mg/day of Fina( I do NOT recommend this to ANYONE), and my weight gain has only been 2.5lbs in a week.

maybe 4lbs.....if lucky. And you say cutting?

Hmmm......

Also, Fina at dosages of <100mg or below/day is not hard on the Kidneys as long as you keep hydrated. I have posted my blood test results during Week 21 of Fina proving this point.

Well I am up about 5 lbs and in week 3 of fina. But I am bulkinf and eating 4 meals/2shakes a day. Size iznt like on test but damn I am ALOT stronger!
 
I have put on 14lbs in two weeks on fina so i know its possible. Actually i put on 25lbs in 5 weeks, and i have witnesses but i also threw in prop around week 3-4. 162 to 187, although i was at one time 185 at a previous point in time, so its not as hard to put back on weight you once had. I dropped to 162 due to some medicine i was on. But i don't take that anymore:D
 
3-20-03 / weight 274 / shoulders workout went very well

I think a lot might be water... I upped my protein powder intake quite a bit and I heard that can really increase bloat.. I was amazed too because I dieted down from 280 to 264 (took about 4 mos) . I started the fina and notice a little size the first week and really up the ante by cutting my diet from 11x bw to 10x bw. When I got on the scale Monday and saw my weight was up to 278 I spit out my gum... I did not believe the gym scale so I used the one at work that I had been using and it said 276...

Weighed in today at around 274 so at least the weight is coming down... I want to hit 250 by the summer.

Diet again has been great.. been taking NYC and I have no appetite so I have been forcing down clean food... Thank god for proteinfactory and thank god for oatmeal...

Don't think so Bro. Fina is one product where you don't retain much water at all. In fact, it has the opposite effect for many, myself included. But hey, if you say you've gained 14lbs on Fina then all the power to ya. Who am I to say it isn't so.
 
I know of no hard evidence, other than hearsay, that trenbolone is "hard on the kidneys". Am I missing something here?
Any studies, or other evidence? Also, kidney pain is not usually seen in azotemia or renal insufficiency. This may be musculoskeletal in nature, just as we see with Dbols, etc.

This study might be of interest to ya Doc. How's it going by the way. I'm going to try that bicep injection you've been promoting tomorrow. Hopefully I don't hit nerve. I'm running out of places to inject...:p

When used in connection with animal production the term "anabolic agents" covers a wide range. Ther steroidal male and female sex hormones are included in this list, as are the nonsteroidal estrogens. For the clinician and for the endocrinologist, anabolics are only steroids chemically related to testosterone and 19-nortestosterone. Estrogens, though possessing anabolic properties, too, do not belong to this class. This paper will deal with anabolic agents in in the stricter sense of which mainly trenbolone acetate combined with hexestrol has been recommended for bull and heifer fattening. To consider possible consumer injury from ingestion of meat from anabolic agent treated animals, it is necessary to know the pharmacological properties of the agents, the doses producing certain effects or might produce, and the levels of residues in the meat. Trenbolone acetate will be compared with the following anabolic agents: methenolone acetate, methandrostenolone, nandrone, androstanazole, and 19-nortestosterone. The activity spectrum of trenbolone acetate is similar to that of 19-nortestosterone or those anabolics that are derived from 19-nortestosterone. The compound has about three times stronger androgenic effect than testosterone propionate. Its index of dissociation between anabolic/androgenic activity is 2--3. This index is 3--10 for the other anabolic agents. As regards the virilizing potency, trenbolone acetate is also on the top of the list. It seems that androgenicity and degree of virilization run paralle. The antigonadotropic activity (inhibition of ovulation and testicular growth) of trenbolone acetate exceeds that of testosterone propionate by the factor 3. The compound is not estrogenic and seemingly not or only weakly progestationally active. In principle, the androgenic activity (symptoms of virilization) as well as the antigonadotropic effect (disturbances of the menstrual cycle in women, inhibition of spermiogenesis in men) of trenbolone acetate might be noted. This risk, however, can be excluded by mere calculation. In rats, 0.1 mg/kg trenbolone acetate have an antigonadotropic effect. This corresponds to a daily dose of 5--7 mg in humans. By the same extrapolation, a daily human dose of 100 mg can be calculated for androgenic activity. Such factors of conversion are, of course, not precise because rats are much less sensitive to androgens and anabolics than humans. Thus, testosterone propionate is active only in daily doses of 10--20 mg. If in humans trenbolone acetate also has three times the activity of testosterone propionate, effects in man had to be counted with not less than a daily intake of 3--5 mg trenbolone acetate. The dose which is recommended for livestock fattening is 300 mg. IT can, therefore, be excluded almost with certainty that the meat would contain such large amounts of hormone residues.
 
3-21-03 / weight 278 / 40 mins am cardio (approx 440 cals)

Weight is up again, i always weigh myself in the morning, after cardio..
Felt tired today. Diet was clean till i got home and then i went on a food rampage.. Probaly consumed 2000 calories.... Utterly exhausted... Taking The PM workout off. Feel guilty but i have not cheated like this in a while... Should have good workouts for the next couple of days...

3-22-03 / weight: ??? / chest

after yesterdays binge I felt like superman today.. Woke up happy and raring to go... Chest workout went great. Went with pre-exhaust so the total weights were not through the roof but I felt super strong... Diet is perfect today, so far I am at about 250. Will probably hit about 370 for the day, shooting for 450...
