Thanks all ...MikeP.T....Ive been playing with the gym on/off for years ...truth is my diet sucks. my time at the gym is limited due to new residence,.fixerupper..so any work I can accomplish is done via, old Joe Weider bench in basement..and a couple of dumbells ..I would love to put on another 20 or so pounds of muscle but definately need to get serious..AS, its on the brain but I need to settle before I can take that step and dedicate my time..
