Hey guys!

First of all i want to ask WTF!

I came of a cycle of testosterone 500mg and Primobolan 400mg, used HCG and Nolva / Triazole for PCT and was able to keep alot of the gains untill now?

Cycle finished 6months ago, benchpress strenght began to decrease around 1month ago..

Other exercises almost remain the same, if not stronger! But for some reason my benchpress is decreasing alot?

was able to do 120kg 3x5 and now im on 100kg 7-8reps

Have you changed diet, had any weight loss, rest schedule, training program? Everything affects strength and you need to find the problem or problems.

Hmm diet maybe alittle off, but keeping weight the same as before! im eating more cleaner, but not the same amount of protiens alittle less actually

nevertheless every other exercise is at the same, or just a tiny bit lower. Some er higher now then when i came off, benchpress simply feels fucking heavy

Protein plays a huge role in strength. And when you switch from hamburger or steak to grilled chicken and tilapia your body will definitely take a hit in the strength department. That extra fat and cals in bulking foods helps jack up strength. When I first started lifting I trained and dieted like a bb. For those first few years I put on a lot of size and stayed lean, but my strength was slow going. When I switched to strength training I changed my diet to meet those demands. As a result, I lost my six pack but gained a shitload of strength. That doesnt mean you have to be a fat ass,but adding in an extra buger or steak will do wonders for your press. Be careful not to get carried away especially if your a bb.

Yeah well, i have cutted down some fat! actually thats the point for my training right now, staying big but losing that fat! you might be right, maybe its because im alittle lower on kcal and especially into not eating fatty foods?

just funny how ive lost alot of strength in benchpress, but nothing in other exercises.
Ive began a epistane run like a week ago, so hope that helps with the strength

you are gonna lose some strength off cycle. this shouldn't be surprising.

45 pounds off your bench is a lot though and this is what happens when you don't build a base before juicing. keep working at it but don't run a cycle until you have reached a real plateau so that you can bust through it on cycle, then work on mantaining it off cycle

The bench.is the trickiest lift there is. Even in pct my sq and dl hold strong, but my bench is the first thing to go down. Once I level out it will hold but making progress is tough. It seems like just about every week I get stronger on sq or dl and sometimes both. Even if I dont go up I can still hit the same numbers. On bench you can hit a 10lb PR one day then not hit the same weight again for several Weeks. But I can stay within reason, and if your having a huge drop in strength then the diet is killing strength. Its very hard to get bigger and stronger while trying to get lean naturally. This is where steroids shine. When Im on cycle even though my goals are to get stronger, I still get noticible leaner.
