I just had a baby about 3 months ago and the weights not coming back off and I’m getting a little concerned
currently in my late 40s and I had a rough pregnancy and I gained a lot more weight than I did on my first two pregnancies
I would like to lose about 25 lbs which steroids can I start taking to help me with this?

you dont need steroids for weight loss honest
just get cardarine 10mgs and cardazol 1 cap and start doing lots of cardio

maybe try some GW at first

I would get on the fasted cardio it makes a difference

maybe try some anavar 10mgs a day

cardazol + gw would be a good stack

don't go crazy with any of these drugs or something like clen which will make you sick

talk to some other females who just came off pregnancy they all will say it's hard

your hormones have to balance out once it does and you'll start losing weight

I'm hoping that you can get back to where you were before but it's only been 3 months be a little patient give at least the year

Congratulations on your new baby! It’s completely understandable to be concerned about postpartum weight loss, especially after a difficult pregnancy. At three months postpartum, your body is still adjusting, and factors like hormones, metabolism, and recovery can all play a role. Steroids aren’t typically recommended for weight loss, as they can have significant side effects and may not provide the results you’re looking for. Instead, focusing on a balanced diet, strength training, and gradual lifestyle changes may be more effective. Since postpartum weight loss can be different in your 40s, consulting a healthcare professional or nutritionist could help you create a safe and sustainable plan.
