hey guys,
i'm a new member and i'll share my short story of where i'm at. i'm 5'8". 3 years ago i was a very skinny guy. i weighed 125 lbs. i got up to about 145-150 lbs after 2 years of eating more, working out regularly at 24 hour fitness, taking champion heavy weight gainer, and eating crappier in college. i was noticably bigger in the whole upper body area. i still look thin, but at least i'm somewhat muscular and not just a toned up skinny guy.
my current problem is this, this past year i pretty much didn't work out at all and i drank a lot cuz it was my last year of college. now i'm graduated and at about 155-158 lbs. i'd like to get back to 150. i have some little love handles on my sides and my stomach isnt as flat as it used to be. i'm still thin, but i've never had that much fat on me and i don't like it. i have cut back on the beer, pretty much only drinking on the weekend now. i used to drink about a 12 pack a week, now i'm down to 4-6 a weekend. another thing is now that i'm working fulltime for lunch i usually go get fast food every day. i try to avoid red meat, but i eat a lot of chicken. my favorite places are carl's jr., quiznos, subway, and taco bell. i joined up at gold's gym about 2 months ago, and right now i'm only going about once a week, but i'm trying to get up to at least 3 times a week. my problem is i'm hella lazy. but i hate having this little extra weight. i want to get back to where i was and tone up my stomach again, at least flatten back out. what do u guys suggest i do?
i'm thinking cut back on eating fast food, but are sub sandwiches like quiznos and subway all that bad? im also going to join an aerobic class at the gym once or twice a week. and now im drinking less beer, and more wine. suggestions? please. trying to look sexy again.
