I’m on 5mg a day winstrol now. Last night I was in bed listening to music and my boyfriend walked in and threw a pillow at me cause he wanted to go to sleep, and I yelled at him and left.

Just look back at how stupid the stuff you get mad about is. After you realize how dumb it is you may be able to control it
