Losing gains when coming off cycle?

I ran my 2nd cycle sust 250 at 600mg every week for 10 weeks and kick started it with 30mg of dbol for the first 4 weeks. Went from 270lbs to 296 and strength went threw the roof. Came off waited 2 weeks after last pin and started clomid (100,100,50,50)and Nolva (40,40,20,20) been off 2.5 months now and I'm right back down to 270lbs maybe a little stronger now but size is gone.

About to start my 3rd cycle
Test c 800mg week
Deca 500mg week
Mast E 600mg week

Just curious if there something I can do to hold on to my gains a little better or is blasting and cruising what everyone does? There are guys that I see that stay HUGE year around and just curious what's the secret.
 
Blast and cruise will do it for sure. Your going to lose some gains when coming off. All you can do is keep your diet and training in check.

Dude dbol is mostly water.Whenever you run steriods that make you hold alot of water , you are going to piss out alot of the gains.But there is NO WAY you should have fell all the way back to 270.

to keep more gains, you have to run a GOOD pct,keep training hard and eating a good diet, with ample protein

If after your cycle is over, you do a shyt pct, stop training and go back to teribble eatting habits, you are on course to lose alot of what you gained
 
My buddy says I'm leaner now at 270 than I was when I started. It may just be in my head but my diet is solid 6-7 meals a day 9oz protein 8-10oz of good carbs.

I thought I ran a pretty solid pct?

Just started the new cycle this morning so we will see how it goes I may taper down and cruise at the end of this one. And see if that helps maintain gains better. I don't like the idea of running test all the time even at a lower dose but I also don't like loosing gains that I'm busting my ass for.

A major issue that I see A LOT is that guys (subconsciously or not) have a serious drop of in diet & training AFTER a cycle is over.

As for your proposed cycle; you seem like a big guy but 2G of juice a week is probably overkill. Especially for a 3rd cycle.

I'm curious about your choice of mast & deca together......

Masteron & Deca together is a wicked cycle.

yes it is a heavy cycle . why are you running mast and deca at the same time? they are good for total opposite goals.i like aromasin over adex for an ai, i think its quite a bit better.

for pct i usually run a good test booster and aromasin in it also.I know not everyone believes all this is needed but it has worked well for me
 
I had a good buddy of mine I trust recommend this cycle to me. I want to run the mast with deca to try and keep the bloat down. Mast has good ai benefits as well so I heard I'm just trying to do a clean bulk more less. Really looking forward to the joint benefits of the deca.

The letro works best with me but it dries my joints out bad I'm going to run the Adex at a higher dose than last time and see how this works out for me.

Can keep everyone updated on progress starting weight is 277.

And I think the biggest key to me loosing my weight previous cycle may have been diet related. When my levels started coming back down so did my appetite I was still eating good but I don't think it was enough.

Be sure you continue to train and eat correctly after cycle and PCT.

This is just me, but I would avoid cruising for as long as you can... I wanted to do it after losing some of the gains on my first cycle but ultimately I decided not to. Do whatever you want, I am guilty of going back on a little too soon... I am not cruising but it surely is in my future and I have probably run ten cycles by now.

The best way I have found to keep my gains is by running GH and IGF lr3 in the first month of ending my cycle while on PCT. It really has helped me. Some guys have a hard time affording GH but I am a little lucky in that respect. I usually run 5iu daily when not on cycle and then 8 iu all the way through one month after cycle. That's give or take a bit of time and of course not guaranteed to work at all... but it sure feels right. The igf I got from my raw source always caused lumps; Im allergic to something in it... I use progen here and feel like it is gtg. Seems like a few weeks is all the time it works.

I tried Rich Piana's method of running a sheizer-load of hcg post cycle but it did not seem to be all that effective for me. I believe the biggest effect was the feeling in my balls, it did make me feel like there might still be some life down there after all!

When I come off cycle I am very mindful about what is going on. Here all the fun is about to stop and the gains are not going to be coming so it is hard to stay focused and to continue to work hard as hell. This is a depressing time as you usually feel stronger with each workout and now you are more and more of a bitch (me not you)... It is vital to work hard to keep those gains! I usually try to go harder than normal and I really feel like it is not necessarily me working harder, I'm probably doing the same amount of work... but it is just harder to do it.

Now if you have your children by now and your career is gtg, fuck it man, blast and cruise! If not, take your time grasshopper, and try to save some testicle for later...
