Hello! During last few months I've been working for muscles growing. But on the other side I also increased my fat %. I have one month left, so i really want to make some progress.
The goal is to REDUCE fat for at least 2-3kg. Therefore I am looking for some really good TRAINING PROGRAM. I have 75Kg and 178cm. I want to keep my muscles as it. I only wanna lose fat. I am skating (rollerblade) for an hour every day(is that enough?) Next month am going to start with fitness.
Any advice is welcome!
