stevesmi Head Mod Elite Moderator May 7, 2018 #2 there is too much 'should i do this diet on gear' posts on forums and it stems from guys using steroids before they ever have a clue about how to eat. if you are not sure about salt intake or any sort of simple diet question then you should not be using steroids.
