I am trying to loose 25 lbs going from 250 to 225 or 220 i just want to know what i can eat to help me achieve this? thanks
 
Try including more fruits and vegetables in your diet. Eat only fish and drink milk only for your protein needs. No fried foods, no sodas and no food in between meals but a slice of wheat bread. For faster result, combine it with cardio-vascular exercises everyday. Losing and maintaining your ideal weight entails discipline and hard work. But it's worth it because health is wealth. Try a 50% Protein/ 30% carbs/ 20% fats diet for a month and see how you respond.
