loosing body fat without loosing muscle

ok, im 16. I'm looking to bulk up and lose fat. About 6 months ago I waighed 185 and my bodyfat was around 25%, I started eating healthier but not close to what some of you guys do and I also lift for 20 minutes three times a week. Right now I waigh 165 and my body fat is 15%. Even though I'm no where near a sixpack im glad with my results. But im scared that im loosing muscle by eating less calories than I burn. I wanna get a low enough BF% to get a 6-pack and also bulk up my other muscles. How do I do it without sacraficing the coming 6-pack by eating a lot to build mucle. Shuld i keep my plan to lower my fat even more and get the sixpack and then try to build muscle or shuld I do the oppisite? If it helps im 5'10"

first of all you need to choose whether you want to bulk or cut. cant do both. The best advise I can give you is to eat as clean as possible, and make sure you working out hard as shit. I have found its nearly impossible for me to gain muscle and have a six pack at the same time. I have to bulk up during the winter, and cut for the summer. Your diet will play the biggest role in your results, so eat right.

In that case I wanna cut. Would a protien powder help me keep some muscle along with a lot of working out

Yes whey protein is a great, and arguably the only supplemental option for you at 16, besides a multi.

There is an ebook that someone posted over on the weight training forum I believe. It is titled something like "loose the fat, Keep the muscle" Good so far.
