Loosing 100 pounds in 5 months

Hello, everyone

I need to loose 100 pounds in 5 months. Currently, I'm losing about 2 per week. I need to loose more. I'm 30, 315 pounds, 37.5 bmi. I need help to achieve my goal. I'm doing cardio about 3 days a week and weight training. Any suggestions on diet and supplement taking. At this point anything would be a great help. Thanks
 
Losing weight is about calories you take in vs. calories burned. Eating 1000 calories each day below maintenance levels will equate to losing 2 lbs of bodyweight per week (your current pace), so to lose 100 lbs at this rate it will take 50 weeks. You say you want to lose 100 lbs in roughly 20 weeks, which is an average of about 5 lbs per week. I don't know if this is possible. You'd have to burn 17,500 calories per week below maintenance, or 2500 calories per day below maintenance. That's close to a pound per day (3500 calories in a pound).

Eat a lot of vegetables and high fiber, low calorie foods. High fiber food will help you feel full. This is a lifestyle change, and the finished product is going to take a lot of time. Most people don't recommend losing too much more than 2 lbs per week, it's not healthy for you. Good luck
 
That seems very unsafe and unhealthy, too much too fast is not a smart move...

its not that hard to be honest if you truely want to work at it. i did it. just eat supper lean take in whey protein and cardio cardio cardio boxing and mma is a good choice

meal 1 breakfast keep the oats add 2 eggs or a 40g protein shake

meal 2 lean meat chicken breast Turkey or fish about the size of the palm of your hand 6 0z sweet potato

meal 3 meat and dark veggies; broccoli green beans

meal 4 protein shake (post workout)

meal 5 same as meal 3

meal 6 protein before sleep. i like elite fusion 7 before bed a good mix of proteins for extended release. make sure its just not whey protein cause you need a slower digesting protein at night.

lots of water keep up the cardio, like 5-6 times a week 45 min, something like stair master hope that helps try and follow it exactly for at least a week and see how it works for ya. the key is consistency, also i would recommend ntbm there diet pills or i personally love vpx meltdown. you can up the lean meat serving sizes for more protein.
 
That sure is a lot of weigh man. May I ask why? This could be very unsafe, and may not be worth the reason you are doing this for.
 
Yes loosing 100 pounds in 5 months is very hard and also its effects on your body. Set that for weekly 3 pounds is better for maintain the proper diet and raise your workouts 3 to 5.
