Looking for some help on how to do this

I'm 27 6'1 and around 345lbs. Last I checked my body fat was around 27%. I've always been on and off in the gym. My doc prescribes me 5cc 200 mg of test cyp a month and I recently got some andropen 275. I want to cut fat without loosing any muscle. Could someone help tell me how often to use this stuff and something for the fat, I heard winstrols good for that but not real familiar with it all. Any advice would help thanks.
 
Bro diet and exercise is what is needed at that weight and bf. There is now way I can recommend you running aas of any kind at this point. Your last worry needs to be about losing muscle. Check out the diet and training section of this site. Get you a good diet and training routine set up. One that includes a vast amount of Cardio to lose the fat. Then once you have gotten below 15% worry about aas. If the dr prescribed you test for a medical condition then do it exactly how he prescribed. I know these may not be the answers you want to hear bro but they are the truth.

My test is next to nothing that's why he prescribed it. I've been in the gym for a few months and do cardio and lift. Im actually in good shape and I don't look like I weight as much as I do. He even gave me phentermine and estrogen blockers but the weight doesn't seem to be coming off. Is there something else I could take at all and a certain diet?
 
Can u list your diet and training routine for me? I would really like to see what a day of eating looks like for you bro. 80% of all this is diet. If that isn't on point no matter what you take you will not receive your desired results. I am really not trying to grill you here but the more information you can provide will allow myself and others to help you more effectively.

I go to the gym 6 days a week alternating cardio and weights. And weight days i alternate upper and lower using free weights, mostly dumbbells. The diet I don't always stay on straight. Usually for about two weeks I'll eat chicken breasts veggies and protein shakes every three hours but then I'll get tired of it and get off a week or two. It's kinda back and forth but when I'm off of it I really don't eat a bunch of crap food but I do eat more.
 
Read that post, if you can take the days your strict and turn that into a regular lifestyle you're on your way

if you cant stick on a healthy diet 90% of the time you will never make good progress. plain and simple.. is it worth it? do you REALLY want to get healthy? its not easy.. it takes hard work but it worth it.

id start a log.. post up a pic everytime you eat anything. if you do that it will help you stay on track.

you could eat about 1400 cals a day or even less and you will probably not lose any muscle.. you are just not gonna burn up muscle when there is that much fat on your body.
 
Diet is everything man...if you think test will help you lose weight you're mistaken. You need to sleep diet and train hard...you should jump into a martial arts class or boxing class, that'll help you shed the weight faster too.

Alcatraz is absolutely right. Diet and training are key to everything when it comes to body composition goals....not the compounds themselves. They just accelerate and help whatever you are already doing ;)

I would take the test and get on a good diet asap.
