Hey y'all, very new to this board and have read darn near every thread at this point. I figured the best option for me would be to post up my goals, diet, routine, and supplements that I'm currently taking.
My life was turned upside down about 6 months ago and I went into a serious depression packing on a good 60+ lbs in only a couple of months. That put me at a weight of 330lbs and I'm only 5'9". I'm 29 years old and have always had a "stocky" build. My goal weight is between 200-220. Genetics in my family tend to run a bit heavier than most so that's working against me as well.
Moving right along, I've hit the gym religiously and in the last 3 months have dropped the weight I put on leaving me at 275 currently. My goal is to enlist in the Army and I've given myself a generous goal of June 2011 at the latest. I'm at the gym 6 days a week. I do some sort of cardio every single day, alternating between running, cycling, and stairmaster. I lift 4 days a week, nothing heavy as I'm not looking to "bulk up" but instead it's tons of reps. I'm only looking for weight loss, period. When I life I cycle between a complete upper body workout one day and lower the next. I target all major muscle groups during my lifting periods and I do abs every day.
My diet is very clean, tons of protein (shakes) as well as lean meats and veggies; and between 3000-4000cc's of H2O per day. I'm hanging around 1200-1500 calories a day. Zero sugars in my diet, and I'm keeping the carbs under 20g per day. I'm usually eating small about 5 times a day.
I cycled the ECA stack but eventually it did nothing for me. I've since switched to OxyElitePro and have noticed an improvement. I currently take 25m Ephedra along with 2 Oxy's in the morning and in the afternoon.
Knowing my genetics I've always figured I'd have to go the Lipo route to remove the unwanted fat that I carry. I've since switched my thinking and most of the research I've done has lead me to consider HGH injections. My blood chemistry always comes back in normal ranges, thyroid is good, Cholesterol is low, Glucose is always good, BP runs 90/50's and my resting HR is usually in the 50-60 range. As a medic if I were looking at these results I'd say this person is in decent shape. However, being this person I know I'm not!
I've decided to go the HGH route, maybe adding in T3 or T4. I'm by no means a know it all. I take all opinions and suggestions seriously. I'm open to anything that doesn't require surgery! I know I can do this, I have the drive to do this!
