looking for a specific preworkout

hey what is going on? i am excited to be getting back in the swing of things and i wanted to find a good quality preworkout that you recommended that did NOT also contain creatine. the reason being is my doctor said that creatine is bad for the kidney's and i already have bad kidney numbers. thanks

Try to use stim based pre workouts sparingly so you don't hinder your workouts and your CNS. I recommend N2KTS for the times you are dragging ass and need a boost. The fruit punch flavour is awesome!
