What reagent are you talking about?
Reagent testing has some pretty significant limitations. You're relying on a colour reaction that isn't necessarily exclusive to one compound. Multiple steroids can produce similar reactions so false positives are a genuine possibility.
It also tells you fuck all about concentration, purity or accurate dosing. You could have severely underdosed gear that still produces the expected reaction.
It's a cheap preliminary screening tool but shouldn't be substituted from proper analytical testing like hplc.
Ultimately it's an indication of what might be present. Not confirmation of what's actually in the vial or how much of it you've got.
