Long time lurker decided to join!

I'm a long time lurker, love this board, alot of good information on this board! a lot of people too!! which isn't bad at all!!

my stats:

23 YO
175lbs - 8% BF
5'10

working out on and off for about 7 years.

I'm in need of some PCT help.

I will be running anavar for my first cycle at approx
50-75mg a week - 8 weeks

I've got nolva and clomid on hand, was wondering if i should be using both or one and at what dosages.

I've read a few different boards some saying run nolva and some saying run clomid and some saying run both, its confused me!
