Long but I really need all of your help and suggestions

This is kinda long but I really need help and suggestions... Here is pretty much one of my only other threads I've started.. Its the basic info on me Posted in June...
"MY First Post on this board Here's me 2 months ago. 5'9" tall 251lbs 39%bf after several accidents and surgeries always detering me from getting back to the gym. 46" waist
Here's me now. 5'9" 212 lbs 26%bf with a 38"-40" waist.
How did I do it (bad knee rules out most of the cardio I used to do).???? No more Coke only diet cola and water. No juice too much sugar, Carbs down to a minimum without hating my diet. I know I wasn't in Ketosis except maybe my first week. I never do fast food more than 1 X per week. (Everyone deserves a treat just don't gorge yourself). I ate 4 eggs and 4 strips of bacon for breakfast then a steak and green beans for lunch then chicken and a potatoe for dinner. slices of ham for a snack if I got hungry for a snack. (I also cut out caffeine). 1st week I felt tired and drained for 3 or 4 days then energy came full force.
What did I do for excercise? hmm I lifted my arm to point my remote at the tv, I did a sawing motion to cut my meats.. thats pretty much it for my first 2 months. The high blood pressure and extra weight on my weakened knee prevented anything more. Now that I'm close to 200 lbs I'm going to start walking, quit smoking again, start jogging once I can breath walking. My blood pressure is normal now after loosing the 40 lbs, I feel much better. I have been debating doing CLEN but haven't heard enough about it yet.
Sorry this has been so long but I'm new and wanted to offer what little info I have to someone who may benefit from something I say. Anyone in my situation with some good Clen advice feel free to email me. (Plus whats a good price for it)? I'm always looking for helpful tips on things I can do. ""

Here I am again. Between June 15th and now I really didn't watch my carbs. I started lifting and definatley gained some size in my arms and solid mass in my chest and legs.. I ended up back at 230ish a week ago. I'd say at least least half of that dif is muscle. I started to watch my carbs. I'm down to 225 now..

I would like to hear opinions on workout routines, fat burners, carb blockers.. clen, or anything else you think I might be able to use. My goal it to cut myself to 200 lbs by Sept 9th. I can walk about 1.5 miles (jogging for about .5 of that intermittanly -stress on knee) without dying now. Once I hit the 200 lbs mark I'm goign to post my before middle and after pics. But not till I have some really noticable results in the gut!

Thanks everyone!

(1) - Forget carb blockers.

(2) - Forget AS for the time being.

(3) - Quit smoking and alcohol NOW! 1 or 2 beers at the weekend is ok imo.

(4) - Sort out your diet, very very important!

(5) - Cardio 5 days a week in the morning on empty stomache(sp?), even if it is only walking.

(5) - Use the SEARCH feature of this board! It's brilliant, you will find everything you need in there.

Im sure others will give some good advice too.

What is AS? (# 2?) I'm new to all this stuff still..

I only drink once a week (usually either a couple light beers or clear hard alcohols in mixed drinks).

I'm working on the smoking thing still. But I have cut back a good amount.

Hello JalbsZHY

I'm no pro at this i just started to get back in shape about 4 months ago. I made a diet i could live with and i started to workout but without weights first just to get my body ready for weights.

My cardio sucked because i had to much fat, so i just shadowed boxed for about 3 min's and stopped for 1 min and so on for ten rounds of 3 min's. Still doing my ab's and love handles.

I was starting to lose weight and I could start to do more cardio like walking, biking and i started to use weights again. I still box for my 10 rounds because i like it and it warms up my muscles before i start to lift. I lost 53 lbs doing this in 3 months thats just about 4 lb's a week , I don't think i'm losing fat as fast now but i'm still losing it.

Boxing will be good for you because you don't have to put much weight on your bad knee and if it's just your knee that's bad you can still do your upper body.

I hope this helps you in reaching your goal good luck!!!
