Logging npp cycle 12 weeks

Hey guys starting my npp cycle today ...

Here is the info

Age 31
Weight morning 3/23/15. 199.8
Bf 7.6% body testing done at Methodist hospital in a bod pod

Here is my cycle all doses are low I want to see how well I respond to a low dose cycle

1-12 npp 100 mg eod
1-12 test p 50 mg eod

(this is my normal Trt dose as I want to keep test low to see how I react and how the npp works )

1-12 Adex .25 Ed
1-12 caber .5 2x week Mon&thurs

Now I really want to put in a bit of muscle but since summer is coming around I would like to stay at a low bf

I will be consuming 3500-4000 clean calories

meats -chicken , salmon , tilapia, turkey breast , bison , beef steak lean cuts

Carbs - white rice , yams , oats

Fats - coconut oil

Diet will be very simple all carbs are high quality and fat is simple 3 meals 1tbsp


Now since I wanna be shredded by the end of the cycle I might throw

A triple stack in at the end

4-5 weeks with tren ace, mast p, and text p all doses at 250 week since its pre mixed and I have some laying around might by more mast p and up to 500 on mast

Got bloods done waiting on results to come in will post them as well


Recommendation for any new guys readying this.....

Get bloods done

Pre cycle
Mid cycle ( if long)
And post cycle after pct


I am on Trt so I don't need to worry about a pct..

Well today is 8 days in and hit arms ! One thing I did notice is I went from 40 lb seated incline db curls to 55 lbs slow and controlled for 10

I have never been at 55 so strength is up 100% vascularity and pump is great bit im used to that from previous cycles !! The comparison I can give to the pump is like if u put a hot dog in the microwave for 2 min and it gets all puffy and huge looking like it's gonna pop! Exactly how my arms looked and felt !

Did biceps and triceps compound sets !! And 52 min into workout I had to stop because cramps in triceps were like nothing I have experienced !!

They pump was outta control!

As far as anything else I have noticed nothing

Typically I start to fee the short esters at about 14 to 18 days in that's when I notice the real difference

So joy to worried this time is always very anticipating for me !

I will try to post a pre cycle pic from about 5 weeks ago wile I was in my maintenance in recovery stage.!

I am having issues with posting pics but have spoke with one of the powers at hand and he issuer is getting resolved

What's up guys got my blood work back and everything is legit except my liver enzymes are a little bit high!!

A lot of guys saying that Anavar doesn't really affect the liver and it's mild is a crock of shit I came off of my Anavar cycle got the blood works three weeks later and they still were elevated.... I only drink water and eat very clean there's nothing else in my diet that cause elevated liver enzymes plus prior to my cycle my liver was just fine so I attribute it to the var... I did run a liver support but it wasn't into guard I currently have a little bit of into guard on hand and got my liver checked again I've been running it for about two weeks and it had the oxandrolone out of my system for a good four weeks!! My my AL T liver enzymes were at 122 the top end of the reference range is 70...my test levels were about 930 and that's injecting 50 mg a prop every other day....


Prostate was on point complete CBC came back just perfect everything was spot on estradiol was 22 right in the perfect range for me!!!!


I just tested my liver enzymes again yesterday and will have the results on Monday I am currently almost 13 days and my NPP cycle and I'm feeling wicked pumps strength is gone up a little bit but I'm still not expecting too much until about another week!!!

Hit legs today with a couple of my buddies we did two 225 for 15reps six sets did some resistance band lunges on the squat bar and just overall hit a lot of stabilizing muscles

So be my second time hitting legs this week we did a real heavy leg work on Monday finishing up everything getting the blood flowing and get ready for this cycle to kick in in full force!!

I'm a big advocate for blood work as many of you know that's why I tested my liver enzymes and all of my complete hormone panel before my cycle of Anavar ... and after since I'm on TRT it safe to say that I do blasting cruise more often but as soon as I get my liver and check that will be the determining factor if I continue this cycle of NPP!!

That 7 bounced back very quick to 9 I was depleting and when I started normal diet with higher carbs I went up I am about 205 now
My start weight was 199.8 ish I think I posted as a morning weight !

Knees feel amazing but still crack when I sit down

My knees have been like that since Trt! I shave done some reading that test does affect tendons and ligaments to some extent after years of use but not 100% on that

But yes weight is slightly up bout 2 lbs mass is I would say the rest is water glycogen ect .. I am enjoujg this bulk and will be getting to prob about 12% bf who knows might be a bit more if I fall in love with food again I always can think of a million reasons to eat big !

I have weightlifter shoulder and noticed this pain is subsided a little bit but when doing heavy chest and flies and things of that nature I reaggravated

Still to early to tell 100% but will be keeping those things in the log 100%
 
Oh yea I'm feeling berry aggressive in the gym
All sorts of grunts and noises like a beast when I'm lifting

Just love it !!

Hardcore death Metal in my headphones going to town on that weight getting my mind right ?!?!?!

When I transition to the tren it's gonna be GAME OVER!! 💪😝
