liver protectants?

This was originaly made by E2 and are liver protectors:
Standardized silymarin 160 mg + 3x/day
Evening primrose oil 1300 mg 2x/day
Alpha lipoic acid 100 to 200 mg 3x/day
Glycyrrhizinate Forte 1 capsule 3x/day
N-acetyl cysteine 600 mg 3x/day
Glutamine powder 2g to 12g 3x/day (1 heaping teaspoon = 4g, 1 hpg tablespoon = 12 grams)
Omega 3 fatty acids 2 to 3 capsules 3x/day
Lung Tan Xie Gan Chinese herb formula - as directed
These should help out the liver

sounds stupid but the pharmacist once recommeded me Pepto-Dismal .... dont ask me why but he didnt what was milk thistle...

Hey Stang,
Would it be a waste of money to take all of those? and would it be safe? I'm about to start a sust/winny/anavar cycle, and I want to cover all my bases! I want all the liver protectants I can get, everything to protect my hairline, and of course my balls.
I have clomid for post cycle, milk thistle for the liver, can you recommend anything else that will keep this cycle as safe as possible?? Money's no object...If I'm gonna do it...I'm gonna do it right!

No I haven't. They were just recently made available. But ulter and others on AF have, and they apparently wonderful.

Alpha lipoic acid looks awesome for its liver protecting qualities, but also for its insulin immitating properties. It apparently kicks arse for protein and carb uptake and is the best supp. for creatine.
However, here in Australia, the cheapest I could find was 90x200mg caps for AU$90. Damn expensive, but apparently you have to pay the extra to get the oil caps, because it oxidises so readily that it is worth shit in dry powder form.
Just a bit of info I picked up.
