I've been experiencing discomfort in my liver the past 2-3 days. It was really bothering me last night, i had to get into the right position to fall asleep. I think its because my body sucks at high protein diets and i haven't been on one the past month. Before that i had the same problem with my liver the first week i started with a high protein diet then my liver just got use to it. I took 3 caps milk thistle last night. Im going to start taking it. Does it help your liver work better towards high protein diets? Thanks.
