Liver messed up

Don't know my levels, but I'm going to get an ultrasound tomorrow and get additional blood work done. Doc called me

I take tudca, milk thistle, coq10, liv 52, and various liver supports.

Going to up my dosage to 2 tudcas a day.

My cycle is LGD/oxandrovar/1 epi at night.

My tests came back bad when I only had epi strong and LGD in my system. Maybe it could be from drug abuse in my past and other steroid cycles in the past. Yet I drink gallon 1/2 water everyday, don't drink alcohol or use drugs anymore

Any other suggestions to help my liver out? I take all the ingredients in n2guard separately..

Liver enzymes are going to be elevated on orals. Are you dosing your TUDCA and liver supports away from your oral doses?

Yeah, scary stuff. I started tudca about 5 days into my cycle. Doses at once a day up to today where I upped it to twice/day.

I take tudca 3-4 hours after my dosing of orals.

Alright my liver enzymes are about 20x of what they should normally be. Ultrasound came back normal, but enzyme levels are totally f'd

going to up my dosage of TUDCA to 3 caps a day and eventually work to 1000mg per day(4 caps) . This is pretty serious stuff..I really would hate to end my cycle only after being a few weeks on, but i think i might have to for health purposes... Luckily my enzyme levels aren't at the liver failure or cirrhosis levels(YET) about 400-600 points away, so i have a bit of leeway..

Any suggestions? I'm completely shutdown also, this is just sad..

been free of alcohol/drugs for 2 months.

No keep going! Just increase your liver supports like I did. Mine were in there 70's! AST and ALT high as hell! I mixed up enough concoction of liver support to last for 6 months. Prior to seeing my doctor, I went to a local doctor for a blood test, everything 30-32.
Whew! I didn't wanted to be admitted involuntary because of my old military drinking days shanghaiing my liver. Good thing I follow these forums these guys know there stuff.
