The slightly elevated levels are to be expected if you are still on cycle or just off a cycle.

that is what I was thinking this is my third cycle. They have sprung back to normal in the past. I am off now. It was just that they were a little higher then before so I was concerned. thanks for the help

normal levels from cycle... no worries.. they your ast/als will get back into the 20-30 range

Tell you Dr. you have a family history of high cholesterol and liver problems, and that you would like to have Lipid panels and liver enzymes drawn every 6 months. Plan it so you go in about 2 months post cycle to see if these two liver health indicators have balanced themselves out... as they usually do.
There are also private labs. But your levels are like a girl scout. No problem, bro.

I'd be a little concerned about your level of bilirubin, mainly because you haven't used any orals. Keep a close eye on it.

How is your alcohol intake?
AST is more likely to be high with alcoholic liver damage.
Any other medicines that you take? Many nutritional supplements can cause liver damage.
Take as few medicines as possible, and make sure that the ones you take have not been linked to liver damage.
Nutritional supplements are not going to do zilch if you continue taking hepato-toxic substances.
Were your liver enzymes normal before you started the cycle?
Keep in mind the possibility that it may be something else causing liver enzymes to be high.
Make sure to recheck it in 3 months.

If you want to get blood work done and not tell your doctor what it's for use Direct Labs, discount prices, Autism specials It is totally removed from your doctor. Nobody will know the results except you so it won't effect your insurance. And basically don't tell your doctor shit about using AAS. Yes I know that there is supposed to be a doctor patient privilege but I am willing to bet that you signed that away when you first came to him. You should really read all that stuff they have you sign. So if you tell your doctor that you do AAS he just might screw you to the wall with your insurance. Some doctors are cool but many are just dickheads about this sort of thing.
