Swear by it have the blood work to prove it works. Get 180 from amazon for 20$ I take 2 in am and 2 in pm.

Thats how we monitor EVERYTHING,,,through bloodwork. Smart man.

Good stuff. I always take it during cycles and even PCT. 2 capsules 3 times a day.
