I don't know what those would be. Liv 52 come in caps only as far as I know. I'd contact RX to find out/ get a refund and order new stock from supplement kingdom. They have Liv 52 very cheap.

I'd use Liv 52 when using orals as well but what a lot of people don't realize is that the ingredients have never been proven to do anything at all. It's all anecdotal folklore for the most part.

Milk Thistle and NAC are also known to help clense the liver but the ONLY thing that has been shown to actually regenerate liver cells is "Piroliv."

To my knowledge the only supplement that contains Pircoliv is this:Post Cycle. Liver recovery agent, anti-catabolic and erectile enhancer. | EliteFitnessNutrition

Liv52 has been clinically proven in many studies. Ranging from alcohol damage, hepatitis, chirrosis etc. You can google legitimate clinical trials on this. Not just the ones you find from people selling it.

My bottle of REAL Live52 by Himalaya says to take 1 pill twice a day.
