Var is a tricky one sometimes it works awesome sometimes its a waste of cash. I would run it at 60mg to start and if you feel you need more, up the dose. If you want to add mass while leaning out var is a pretty good choice the only downside being how mild it is. Have you considered tren? I did a tren cycle a while back and it worked awesome. Though the sides at times were rather harsh, the end results were excellent i gained 14lbs of muscle and my abs and obliques were much more lean and defined. the suspension and e should work okay, but i do feel that prop would be better suited for what your looking to do. best of luck!
