I think all protein shakes and meal replacements are bullshit.. you cant beat real food..

I am a fish guy, I could probably eat 9-10 cans of tuna a week, and around 2-3lbs salmon, 3lbs Flounder, 4-5lbs chicken..... Even on cutting I eat a ton, but at least there are near zero carbs in everything
