So, I want to take some LiquiDex for a month just to help boost the natural test levels. Mine I think are slugging behind. So, how much should be taken just for that? I was thinking .25ml. Not too much, but hopefully enough to make some difference. Good, bad, more? Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
 
I would try some Tribulus Terrestris to help raise your natural test levels. Liquid Dex will not do anything to raise your test. It's used more as an anti-estrogen and to help with keeping down bloat.

Using liquidex alone, might raise your natty test levels a little bit but I wouldnt think it would be enough to make it that method even worth attempting. I dont think you will see any remotely significant changes or gains from trying this.

Maybe someone with a little more knowledge on LiquiDex can chime in and give us some more specific information. :Chef:
 
Well, see I took this prohormone from ALRI that seems to be a precursor for Tren. I'm almost done with it, but of course it says you don't need to do PCT. I think I'm getting bloated from it and I'd rather be safe and do some PCT for it. I like liquidex and would like to use that. I also have novla and clomid but again I prefer liquidex.

Since it's just a prohormone I didn't think I needed too much so that's why I said .25ml a day for a month.

If anybody's heard of it it's called Methoxy-TRN by ALRI. Dosage is 1 cap 3x a day which contains 17b-Methoxy-Trienbolone 1.5mg

You don't need it. Heavy squats, deadlifts and bench press is all you need, along with a dialed in diet.
 
Well, I got the diet, squats, bench, and deadlift part pretty much down. I've been lifting since I was 13 and I'm now 25 and I know how to diet. I'll admit I'm much more knowledgable when it comes to cutting than bulking but I'm not small by any means.

I've just reached that point where I'm really tired of mediocre gains. I've never used gear before although I have friends who have and I'm not ready to make that leap, so I tried the prohormone route. The ones I took I didn't really see any huge difference in all honesty but it was worth a shot.

I just want to be error on the side of being safe and do some just a little PCT even though the bottle says it's not needed. I have about 4 or 5 days left for the prohormone cycle.
 
For boosting natural test, I agree with Mr.X, get into a heavy lifting regimen that includes the basic exercises (squats, deads, bench, etc.) with heavy weight and good form.

For supplements, Tribulus seems to work for many. I also like 6-oxo. It's an inexpensive supplement available in vitamin stores that acts as a mild aromatase inactivator, and it seems to work for me. I have gained 5 lbs of lean mass in 4 weeks using 6-oxo, and my sex drive is way up. That might be worth a try. AIFM might alwo work for this purpose, but I haven't tried that yet.

I would avoid large doses of DHEA and other prohormones, they provide exogenous test and might actually contribute to shutting you down.
