Hello, my name is Adriana and i am new to this site.
was curious about Liquid Osta and would love to get the best benefits for myself..I would love to be sculpted..Like a ballroom dancers physique. I workout pretty much everyday..my weakness is food..which i k thats key..please help enlighten me.

oo yess..just started on Liquid Osta tonite..I have been taking T3 and wanted to change up..I am taking Oxandro rt now too..

first off if you want to lose fat you need to eat less food and less often. until you do that you will spin your wheels

next using T3 is fucking with your thyroid, i am so not a fan of that. n2bm sells something called T-3PCT which turbo charges your thyroid, i would rather you do that
 
yes sir..i took it yesterday in the evening and to another this morning. .01ml.. suggested amount for females between 15mg to 25mg..also taking anavar too
 
I'm not clear on the being curious about something and then taking it before anyone has had time to answer. What dose of Var?

You need to work on what you called 'your weakness'. No steroid or sarm will help if you eat too much
 
I am 5'3" 3/4 height
Weight is 123 ish
as far as eating too much..i do not eat burgers on a daily basis.
I have been down to 113lb.. I have been told that i look great BUTTTTT if i can only lose this much here..been told i am fat etc..Not a good thing for your self esteem..
 
I know your food intake is key and eating healthy food too..I get that..just wanted that kick in the tail to get to the nxt level

I've no idea where the burger comment came from. Kinda left field. You yourself suggested that your weakness was food. At 5'4 (or so) and 123lbs the ballet dancer thing isn't on the cards right now. Most of those girls are taller and weigh less (100lbs or so).

I still wanna know how much Var?

As for Osta (Ostrarine - a sarm) and var... they need to work in tandem with you controlling food intake for you to get to where you look like a ballet dancer. Drugs alone are not any kind of answer to a losing weight kind of problem.

If (and you're already on the drugs by your own choice) you decide on a plan of action it needs to be your decision and not due to others saying you're fat etc.
 
when i said weakness in food i was givng an example..I am also 46 yrs of age..not a spring chicken..the body type was my style or my liking to it...

Anavar is 1 full tab in the morning & in the evening 1/2 a tab..as far as the dosage..i do not have that with me..its at home
 
now i am doing this for me..getting sculpted etc..i do not want to compete in a dog and pony show....just wanted to make it my reality..

Ok Adriana, I don't know who said you were fat but you've my permission to bitch slap them up side their heads ha ha. While you look a little (and I mean a little) broad in the hip your tummy is flat, legs lean and looking long and I see barely any body fat

I'm 53 and I can say that for 46 you're doing pretty good (as am I lol). If I was being picky I'd get you to work a little more on shoulder shape just to add an accentuating point.

If the var is 10mg that's about right.
 
O thanks..yes would like to work on my backside and hips..as u said..my shoulders would be lovely to work on..the pics u see is me at 123ish..as far as the fat comment..it was said by me ex..not once but a several times..He wanted me to get down to 115lbs or lower..
 
I think you look great. I have no issue with you using Ostarine or something like Cardarine but don't see the value in anavar. I really only think anavar is worth it for a woman if you are competing and looking to add some size and harden up.

Would it be ok to finish the avavar? What other oral drug to help me to get there while using Osta? i really want to get there..I have been abused verbally saying that i am fat..I got down to 113lbs and heard..U look great BUTTT if u can lose this part of your body..u would be perfect...its a beat down..but i am doing this for me..lifting and a bit of cardio and trying to eat better..but its those darn cookies..ooyy vay..

Just cooked Fresh Alaskan salmon with asparagus, rosemary pink sea salt, pepper butter(real)..it turned up scrumptious..1st time too..

Yessssss..very fixated plus image was a BIG stinkin thing for him..wanted me to wear makeup going to the gym..crazy..his 2nd wife is 5'1" less than 100lbs..he would have liked it i got down to 105'lb..emotional abuse is there..if i eat something..i can hear is voice telling me i eat too much etc..not fun...

The half life of ostarine is roughly 24 hours so it really doesn't matter when you take it. All that matters is remembering to your dosage each day.

SARMS are not stimulants. They will not effect sleep so they are perfectly fine to take in the evening!

Take it whenever best fits your schedule.

i did that..it says lower voice, loss of hair..i can cause cancer.....it looks cool but i like my hair..and plus like my voice sounding girly..haha..but i guess i can try it..is it pricey?
 
That's steroids. Only one Sarm was reported (somewhat in accurately) as MAYBE causing cancer. The recommended dose of that particular Sarm is 30mg a day. To get the equivalent amount given to mice who had a higher than usual chance of getting cancer you'd need to use 900g a day. In other words 30x the recommended dose. Price wise they vary. You can check out Sarms1 (google the site) and see what the prices are. They are due to have completed restocking and have items for sale on the 15rth of this month.

As far as I know all Sarms elicit minimal side effects.
 
You know Osta as you keep calling it IS a sarm right? Indeed as I said before you really ought to know what's what when it comes to taking drugs before you start taking them as we know you already are.
 
good morning..ok..i didnt k that..I just bought some that says Sarms ..I was in a verbal abusive relationship..basically he did the looking up info etc..plus he is taking steroids..everyday for me is do i look good now..am i attractive to him now..

I want to be that gal that looks awesome in whatever stage in my life..not fun
 
What's with the 'am I attractive to him now'? Check the sarms articles. Muskate and others have done recommended cycle combos.
 
Ostarine is not going to cause any of those emasculating effects that steroids do. Ostarine is a SARM and SARMs are anabolic substances with no androgenic activity (except RAD).

be careful buying sarm's without knowing what you are getting.. a lot of sarm's are fake or really pro hormones.. sarms1 sells real sarms
