has anyone used liquid egg whites? im sure some of you have! gonna try to get hold of some they are hard to get in england ,how long is the use by life?and do they taste like crap

I dont think they have much taste, life is usual 90-120 days in the fridge, or you can freeze them forever. Im ordering some now. liquideggwhitesint.com i think is the place

I put a little bit in my daughters milk in the morning. She calls it her super power syrup. There is no taste. I buy from local grocery and freeze. Takes me 2 days to thaw out a carton.

is it called liquid egg whites, or does it have a different name like "egg beaters" or something else? I found a carton on egg beaters but it didn't look too natural so I was wondering if ya'll prefer a specific brand.

100% pastuerized liquid egg whites is what you want. Egg beaters are close but have preservatives and sodium added.

I use them all day long in milk and protein shakes

I highly doubt you have one but Costco carries a large batch of "Egg Starters" Basically no fat or cholest but made with real eggs. Tastes good too.

I eat them all the time its so much easier than crackin an egg and draining the whites into a bowl. I get em at the grocery store.
