Liquid Egg Whites

Well I finally bought a couple gallons from eggology. It seems like the perfect protein supplement. No mixing, tastes fine, low calories, no fat or cholestrol. I have been drinking 8 ounces in the morning and eight at night. I have to warn you that it gives you the absolute worst gas ever. I dont know how Im gonna finish it all off. Its a curse. It will clear a supermarket. I fogged myself out while I was outside cutting the grass. Thanks for letting me share and be forwarned.

Seems like a need to start cooking them as drinking pasturized egg whites are notorious for horrid gas and not just every once in while but all the time.

I have around 500g of liquid egg whites every day and no gas

I guess your body will get used to it

Yea i ate a couple dozen just regular raw eggwhite once and man. I could have killed someone, I gaurentee it.

They are. Most people who drink the egg whites buy them in a carton that has been pasteurized.

I use Eggology eggwhites and get terrible gas also. Hasn't gone away completely, but it has dissipated over the course of the summer since I have been eating them. They smell like sulfur, some people tell me I should charge money for them.
