40-50 mg always worked for me.i only use for 1st 4 weeks of cycle to get things going,great pump!

take it all at one time or split it up through out the day

doing ~~25/day now and doing well. Possibly a bit of a low dose but getting almost zero bloat, or other negative sides. No loss of muscle definition, increased vascularity great pumps +strength. I think the range greg posted it pretty much optimal.

whats the mg/ml amount of your liquid. 30-40mg day should be plenty.
