liquid clenbuterol dosage

I just received a bottle of liquid clen and the dose seems very small. 20 mcg's was a drop. and 40 mcg's was about 1.5-2 drops. This is my first run at any type of steroid so maybe this is normal. But my question is..is this normal? I just drop the 2 drops right under my tongue.

what is the dosage per ml?
