Liquid Clen

The clen that I got is 200/mcg and the dropper is unmarked. Sassy, what do you reccomend on dosage? Like I said b4, I know to take a 3-5 mg of Taurine, and and extra potassium supplement, along with it.

200 mcg/ml ==> Follow the same dose I suggested because you don't know how strongly it is really dosed. Start at 25 mcg. That means:

200 mcg/ml

1 ml = 1 cc (this would be the measure on an insulin needle or any syringe)

25 mcg = 12.5 cc = 12.5 ml

You need to get either a dropper that has measures on it - you can get these at the local drug store, or use an insulin needle if you can get access to that. I think the dropper would be measured in ml.

Start w/ that just like I said my earlier post and go as you are able to tolerate the sides. If the first day the sides are pretty rough, then you can hold off a day & let today's dose clear or just stay at that dose - you develop a tolerance for it over each day so you can stay at that dose as you are able or increase. Its all just a step by step test to see how you handle it. If its really bad, then just don't run it.

Thanks Sassy, I appreciate all of the help. If you can think of anything else, please don't hesitate to let me know! :)

At this point - its just yours to run. Don't take it as a personal challenge to load the stuff. The jitters & tension headache and all that IMO make it more of a pain to run than anything.

Just start low & slow. Drink ALOT of water and just keep in mind that it may make you very anxious -- sort of like if you drink waay too much coffee. Don't let it impact your dailiy life -- if you are feeling the tension, it can make trying to get thru a day of work w/ people asking you dumb questions sort of hard to not bite off someone's head or something. This is all part of the responsibility you take when you experiment w/ this stuff. Just be aware of what you shoudl expect, go slow, back off the dose if you need to and try to stay relaxed.

Let us know how it goes!

Go to walmart....

buy a 10 ml syringe....pull up one cc(assuming its 200mcg) and then pull up 9 mls of tap water.....invert a couple of times...that = 10 ccs at 20 mcg each

Okay Sassy,
I just want to get this straight before I use this Clen...
Its 200mcg/ml. My syringe is kind of small it only goes to 1.0 ccs, so to get 25 mcgs, how many ccs would i measure out on my syringe? Also is a 100 mcg/ml strength strong or weaker than mine which is 200mcg/ml?

Thank you so much for your help!

100mcg/ml is weaker

For 25 mcgs you need 12.5 ml if it is 200mcg/ml

Also just a warning liquid clen is the most vial thing I have ever tasted. Just thinking about taking it makes me want to

Thank you... So do you know how many cc's that is equivalant to?

Since you have tried it, how did you like the product (other than the taste) Did you have good results?

To be honest the sides are terrible headaches, cramping, shakes, and anixty. I ran it twice and seen similar results from an ECA or Yohimbie based stack with out any of the sides. I didn't use it for contest prep I just used ECA's they are by far a prefrence equal resulets with far less pain.It really comes down to what you are doing for diet supplements are really only a small part of the picture.

I am a Canuk we work in ml's that is how all our syringes are labled so not to sure about a CC equvalent.
