Liquid Clen for Girls?

My stats Im 31 in great shape, dont measure my body fat b/c if I did I would obsess, so I am not that crazy. I am just looking to shed the little bit of fat that covers my abs. I have a good shape and can see the definition in my abs but want to be tight. I eat fairly good chicken and rice pretty much everyday lots of salad nuts vegetables, but i dont deprive myself of something. I work hard at the gym doing cardio almost everyday in combination with Tae Kwon Do which I have been doing for almost 3 yrs now. I am pretty toned but want to be toner.

Im clueless with steroids and thats why I came here for your help. Please excuse my lack of knowledge when it comes to this stuff. thanks

Do you lift weights? BF % is very imporant because clen is realtivly useless if your bf% is to high. What is your hieght and weight.

I eat clean is peoples typical response but trust me there are all kinds of little things in a diet that could be holding you back. What is your exact diet for a typical day. If you want abs you don't need clen you need a clean diet.
 
I do lift, I am one of the few girls in my gym that lifts to LIFT lol and not to make it look like she is. I am solid, I have great arms and a nice back (my best features). I know my diet is not clean there are many things I eat during the day that may hold me back but i kill myself doing cardio so i get sooooooooo hungry. Im not like a I will eat a candy bar type girl. But i will sit and eat a small bag of rice cakes and I crave something sweet after every meal :-( which hurts me. Usually after lunch i get a hot chocolate from dunkins donuts and I am now trying to fight that addiction.

If you can help me that would be great!

I put in bold what your problem is discontinue the clen ASAP. Check the stickies at the top of ladies board for ideas on a clean diet also see some of the ladies logs for clean diet. Clen is not a magic pill if you don't have your diet in check it is virtually useless. Doing tons of cardio is not going to solve the problem in fact it could make things worse.
 
Well thats why I am here to get advice on what to do and how to do it. My only problem is I dont have the funds to but a line of supplements and powders. Is that required to constitute a clean diet?
Im looking for somone to guide me, im clueless what i have to do with clen.

First thing you need to do is stop taking the clen.

Clean diet info is on the thread at the top of the board"Are you new to the EF Women's Board? START HERE!" Please read through this there is tons of info on diets with sample plans.

Taking sumplements is not a must at all. You can get everything you need from the grocery store.
 
Thats what we are trying to say - you are looking to the clen to give you that edge when we are saying some tweaks to your diet can get you the same resutls w/o going into a controlled substance.

If you can post up EXACTLY what you eat, how much & when you eat it e.g.:

meal 1: 7 am
1/2 c oatmeal + 4 egg whites

meal 2: 10 am
4 oz chiicken + 2 c veggies

meal 3: etc


When you say you eat good, that's fine, but you can tweak it just a little and get the results you are looking for. To get that last bit of bodyfat off your abs is how you get your six pack and its all about the diet.

VERY true, what Sassy and QT said. Clen is going to do jack shit if you do not MAKE it work for you ... through diet and training. Even then, I think Clen is WAAAAAAAAYYYY over-rated. There are much better options out there. The only "lure" of CLen is that it is illegal, so people thinks it works better.

And Clen is NOT a steroid.
 
If you are gonna use the Clen, you should start out with this pyramid dose:

Day 1: 20mcg
Day 2: 40mcg
Day 3: 60mcg
Day 4: 80mcg
Day 5: 100mcg
Day 6-12: 100mcg
Day 13: 80mcg
Day 14: 60mcg

Depending on how strong the mixture is (mine is 200mcg/mL), you can measure with an insulin syringe and mix it in some Crystal Light so you can't taste it.

Some people don't taper off, but I always do just in case. Also, I couldn't go over 80mcg personally without shaking a ton, so I tried the 100 mcg for a day and went back down to 80 mcg the next day and maintained with that. Also, don't forget to supplement with Taurine (3-5g a day) and drink tons of water.

Waayyyy, wayyyyy, WAYYYYY overrated!!!! Don't waste your money!
