Lignan and Test lvls

I read on the MQ site, the High Lignan Flax Oil I just bought helps boost test lvls and has anti-estrogenic effects. My question is, the elevation of test lvls, is that fact or fiction? The only reason i ask is, it's not gonna mess with my body is it? Like deepen my voice, or make me grow more facial hair right? I may sound stupid, but I sing, and I can't have anything lowering/changing my voice. Please, no flames.
