Hey Guys, I am new to the board and i am looking for some advice on what I should next. I justgot off a cycle of sust and d-bol two months ago and I gained 22lbs. My strength went freakin crazy. I have been off now for two months, lost 8lbs in water/ fat and starting to really lean out. But my training is going to the shits because my ligaments/ joints are killing me. Bench hurts my left shoulder, and head bangers hurt my right elbow. I think I want to go on either some deca and prop, or Suspension and d-bol to get me ver this hurdle and hopefully repair this injury, and lubricate the joints.
