Lifting once a week while boxing

If your into amateur boxing and you only have time and energy to lift once a week is this a good program?

Bench Press 10,8,6,4,2
Military Press 10,8,6,4,2
Lat Pull Downs 10,8,6,4,2
Standing barbell curls 10,8,6,4,2
Squats 10,8,6,4,2
Deads 10,8,6,4,2
Shrugs 10,8,6,4,2
Neck 5 x 10

I haven't had good results with sets lower than 5 reps so I am not sure about those 2 rep sets.
 
45 total sets in one workout??? Your going to be there for 3 hours! just do 2 sets per exercise and keep it simple

Bench 10,8
military 10,8
squat 10, 10
pullup 10, 8
barbell curl 10, 8 '
pushdowns 10 , 8
much more , with all the boxing training you are probably doing ...and I can't see you recovering from the workout, and getting any appreciable gains.
